Join AIA Southwest WI as we take a step back in time to explore the newly completed Dellshire Resort in Wisconsin Dells.

This resort is an upscale medieval/fantasy-themed hotel that focuses on immersive storytelling, interactive quests, and boutique hotel comfort rather than the traditional mega-waterpark resort that has long been synonymous with the Wisconsin Dells.

This resort houses 208 guest rooms across the four-story building, with rooms ranging from standard themed rooms to the King's Quarters, which features a living space, fireplace, kitchenette, and loft area. There's even a 70-foot-long fire-breathing dragon!

After the tour concludes, join us for a drink or bite to eat at the Thirsty Dragon bar located on the property.

• Appraise the integration of diverse construction typologies—including masonry, precast concrete, steel stud, and wood framing—to execute old-world detailing using modern materials and methods.
