Join AIA Milwaukee, Specified Architectural Solutions (SAS) and Carlisle SynTec at Third Space Brewing for a special event combining in-depth roofing design education with hands-on demonstrations of the latest low-slope roofing products and systems. And of course, a happy hour at Third Space!
This program is designed for architects, consultants, and spec writers seeking the latest updates in commercial roofing systems, product innovations, sustainability, and installation best practices. The program will feature a presentation of the latest in low slope roofing technology and new products, and outline how changes in Wisconsin Commercial Building Code affect roofing design. The demo portion will feature live application of various roofing systems and products, including adhesives, vapor retarders, and roofing membranes such as hook & loop (Velcro™) attached membranes.
The SAS and Carlisle SynTec team will discuss and show proper installation, ways you can ensure your system is specified and applied correctly to comply with building code and meet other project objectives, and participants will have the opportunity to ask questions and try their hand at applying some of the products.
