As you are aware, the City of Menasha experienced an EF3 on Monday, July 27th.

AIA Wisconsin is working in partnership with the City of Menasha and assembling volunteers to assist with Safety Assessment Program (SAP) building safety assessment using the ATC-45 forms and processes. 

While we are still collecting details on the number of volunteers needed and areas where volunteers will be deployed, we are asking you to provide your availability to assist the Menasha building inspectors with building assessments. We anticipate the deployment to start on Monday, August 10th and will confirm the location, time, and additional details this weekend.

Please sign up for the days you will be able to volunteer starting next week (Monday, August 10 - Friday, August 14). More information will be forthcoming.

Details:

• Meeting Location: TBD. We will keep you posted on the meeting point, which will be near/in Menasha. 
• Please bring a high-visibility vest and clipboard if you have them. We also recommend that you bring a backpack with water (water bottle), sunscreen, and snacks. Plan to wear comfortable, closed-toed shoes.
• Housing will not be provided, but options may be available; food may be provided intermittently.
