Please join us for a hybrid presentation and discussion on IEBC Performance Compliance Method. The presentation will be conducted remotely by Chris Rute, AIA RIBA. and will be co-hosted by NE WI leadership at the Holiday Pub and Grill in Neenah.
The presentation is 60-90 minutes with Q&A. If you join at the Holiday Pub and Grill, you are welcome to stay for fellowship, discussion and refreshments until 8pm. Members around the state may join the meeting remotely as well. Members in the Fox Valley area are encouraged to join us in-person at the Holiday Pub and Grill to watch the presentation and discuss. Refreshments will be provided.
This program introduces the International Existing Building Code (IEBC) Performance Compliance Method and demonstrates how its objective scoring system can be applied to evaluate and rehabilitate existing and historic buildings. Participants will learn how the 21 safety parameters support flexible yet safe adaptive reuse strategies, illustrated through real project examples. The session equips designers to navigate complex code conditions while enabling feasible, preservation minded development.
