This course explores the design and engineering of the H Window Timber Curtain Wall system, highlighting how engineered timber can be used to create high-performance glass façades with reduced environmental impact. Topics include curtain wall fabrication, thermal performance, sustainable materials such as FSC-certified wood and bamboo, modular installation methods, and the integration of large-scale glazing into contemporary commercial and residential architecture. The session also examines how timber curtain wall systems compare to traditional aluminum façades in terms of energy efficiency, aesthetics, and structural performance.
