Get an exclusive look inside the production of the Nature & Culture Museum of Wisconsin exterior panels, currently in development at Stonecast Products. Learn how 670 uniquely shaped precast panels—some weighing over 30,000 pounds—are being crafted to reflect the museum’s organic, nature-inspired design.
Attendees will discover firsthand how design concepts and engineering details are brought to life in the precast manufacturing process. The tour will cover the full precast and prestressed production cycle—including engineering and connections, form setup, casting, and finishing. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of precast and prestressed capabilities, along with related quality considerations. The session will also cover how precast integrates into the overall building system and how to accurately and safely specify precast concrete.
