The Qualification-Based Selection (QBS) Committee is dedicated to promoting the use of QBS procedures for selecting design professionals. The committee serves as a resource for public owners and members, providing objective and informed guidance to support responsive and professionally responsible decision-making.
The committee monitors the Wisconsin QBS program, advises the Board of Directors on its operations, and establishes objectives and policies. It approves presentation materials, promotes participation among owners and members, coordinates with related professional organizations, and evaluates program performance to ensure the effectiveness and integrity of QBS practices.
