For many years this site located at the prominent intersection of two major thoroughfares in Milwaukee’s Historic Third Ward was underutilized as a surface car park. The project provided a significant improvement to this site that serves as the gateway to the Historic Third Ward from the west. Tour Milwaukee’s newest high-rise residential building in one of Milwaukee’s vibrant, historic neighborhoods.

Prior to the tour start time (4:00 PM - please arrive ahead of that time), assemble on the 9th Level Amenity Deck. An AIA MKE member will be in the building lobby to provide some direction. This is a post-construction tour. PPE's are not required.
