Convention & Building Products Expo
For Vendors : Spotlight Seminars
Vendors are encouraged to submit proposals for 90-minute “Spotlight” AIA/CES seminar presentations. These exhibitor-sponsored professional development seminars represent a continuing education opportunity as part of the AIA Wisconsin Convention & Expo program.
The AIA Wisconsin Convention Committee has reserved room for up to four “Spotlight” seminar presentations.
Two of the seminars will be scheduled for 1:30 – 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 17, which is just prior to the grand opening of the Expo at 3:00 p.m. Two of the seminars will be scheduled to run concurrently at 2:00 – 3:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 18, which is immediately after the Expo closes. The “Spotlight” seminars run concurrently with each day’s Keynote Address.
The “Spotlight” seminar program originally was suggested by exhibitors. The presentations have been well received by attendees and sponsors; and we are pleased to offer the program again this year. AIA Wisconsin members and allied professionals benefit from a broader selection of valuable continuing education programs.
As a sponsor of a “Spotlight” seminar, exhibitors will benefit from recognition in online Convention registration promotion, on-site program materials and event signage. Vendors providing a Spotlight Seminar may use the AIA Wisconsin mailing list to promote the session and booth.
There are only four available seminar times during the Convention schedule. If you are interested in sponsoring a “Spotlight” seminar, please review the information then complete and return the accompanying Details and Form. Applications received after March 31 will not be considered.
